Late Keshavlal Zaverchand Patel

Shri K. Z. Patel was the former Chairman and promoter of the Company since its incorporation. He started his career as a shroff and money lender as the partner in M/s K .T. Patel & Co., thenafter the name and style of Keshavlal Zaverchand shroff from 1970. In 1986, he started his business of leasing and hire purchase under the name of K. Z. Leasing & Finance Pvt Ltd. He also promoted Mehsana Leasing & Finance Private Limited. He was actively engaged in the administration and looked after the policy matters. He gave more than 45 years of his life in the business of leasing and finance. He died in 2009. In addition to his business activity he had been a trustee in many charitable and educational trusts.

Mr. Pravinkumar Keshavlal Patel - Chairman & Managing director

Mr. Pravinkumar Patel is the Managing director and Chairman of the Company. He is an Electrical Engineer and having a wide experience in the field of finance. He is the promoter of the Company and responsible for necessary decision making and implementation of the same under the guidance and supervision of the well experienced Board. He is a member of the Audit Committee. Apart from this, he is also the director of Visnagar Lease Finance Limited.

Mr. Gandalal Ambalal Patel – Director

Mr. Gandalal Patel is the promoter of the Company and associated with the Company since its incorporation. He possess immense knowledge and experience which helps the business to prosper. Apart from the current Company, he is also the director of Visnagar Lease Finance limited since 2103.

Mr. Ankit Pravinkumar Patel - Director & CFO

Mr. Ankit P. Patel is the son of Mr. Pravinkumar Patel, Managing director of the Company. He has pursued B.Com and M.Com and has over 10 years of experience in the field of Finace. He is an Executive director and also acts as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He looks after the accounts, marketing and tax planning of the Company apart from assisting his father, Chairman of the Company, in decision making and administration of the Company. He is actively involved in the day to day working of the Company. Apart from K. Z. Leasing and Finance Ltd., he also acts a director of K. Z. Cotspin Limited.

Mr. Kantibhai Joytaram Patel - Independent Director

Mr. Kantibhai Patel is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company and provides guidance to the Board of directors in decision making, whenever required. He helps in procuring the market of the Company with his experience and contacts.

Mrs. Chaitali Bharatbhai Patel –Director

Mrs. Chaitali Patel is the wife of Mr. Ankit P. Patel, director of the company and daughter in law of Mr. Pravin K. Patel, managing director of the Company. She is an MBA in Finance having deep knowledge. She holds a wide experience of more than 6 years in the area of Finance, which is very useful for the development of Company’s operations.

Mr. Babulal Maganlal Patel - Independent Director

Babublal Patel is appointed as the Independent director of the Company. He has a vast experience in the field of finance. He is the promoter and director of the NBFC in Surat namely, Visnagar Lease Finance Limited.
