K Z leasing and Finance Limited is a Non Banking Financial Company incorporated on 07th August, 1986 as Private Ltd Co. under Companies Act, 1956 and converted into Public Limited Company on 19th July, 1991. It is a non government company under Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.

It has been permitted by Reserve Bank of India to carry the business of finance as NBFC since 1989 and had obtained its certificate of registration in 1998. It is been categorized as Category ‘A’ Loan Company, accepting deposits.

The Company made its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 1995 which received an overwhelming response. It is currently listed on Bombay Stock Exchange.
